Basketball Cake
This is a 2-layer chocolate cake with a round basketball cake on top. It is filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in fondant.
AZ Diamondbacks Bear Cake
This is a chocolate cake covered in chocolate buttercream “fur”. The logo, name and number are made from gumpaste.
Superbowl Cupcakes
These are vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream frosting. The logos are made from fondant.
New Year’s Cupcakes
These were for a New Year’s Eve party last year. I baked champagne cupcakes in the martini glasses, dipped the rims in colored sprinkles, and topped them with champagne buttercream.
Minnesota bound
This cake was for some friends that were moving to Minnesota. It was a Guinness Stout Cake, with a Bailey’s Irish Cream buttercream (my favorite frosting so far!!) It was sad to see them go, but at least we got to eat this delicious cake!
