Over the weekend I made some mini cakes for an Angelina Ballerina Birthday party. The cakes were chocolate with vanilla buttercream and red velvet with a Baileys cream cheese frosting. All the caakes were covered in fondant and the ballet shoes and stars are fondant too. I made the Angelina figure from gum paste. Enjoy!!
