This cake was for a 60th birthday party. I made 3 different flavors, 1 for each tier, and they were all dairy-freeā¦since the birthday girl can’t have dairy! The bottom tier was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. The middle tier was a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. The top tier was a carrot cake, also with a cream cheese filling.
